I've never heard a derivative called a "coefficient" before. Dosen't that get confusing when an equation contains conatant or non-constant coefficients on the dependent variable? I think overall this introduction is very sloppy and phrases things in an overcomplicated way. And those are terrible examples for an introductory lesson.
